Delivery and warranty

You can pick up your MASTIFF at your nearest MASTIFF reseller partner. You can also contact them to place an order; they will be happy to answer any questions you may have. They will also carry out the warranty service on your bike.
MASTIFFs are delivered to our partners fully assembled. The bikes are packed in a reusable paper box with a capacity of: 260 x 110 x 78 cm. A pedelec cargo bike weighs 60 kilograms, packaging included.

Warranty

Our products have the warranty of our reseller partner you purchased them from. They set the warranty conditions and provide the warranty service. To reduce the likelihood of malfunctions, we recommend that you read our downloadable user guide before use. We do not take any responsibility for errors or accidents resulting from any use not in line with the user guide.

After the first 1,000 kilometres and every 5,000 kilometres or every 2 years thereafter, regular servicing of the hub gears is recommended. We also advise you to take your bike for a full inspection after every 25 hours of cycling on difficult terrains or every 50 hours of cycling on roads.
